This lot consists of two items :- Both are 1961 (5th Jul) Australian Antarctic Territory 5d blue stamp (Ref. 2) SG 6 (Ref. 1) on First Day Cover. Both covers are fine.
1) WCS cachet,stamp cancelled Adelaide FDI and typed address to UK (see scans 1 & 2)
2) Royal cachet,stamp cancelled Sydney FDI and local typed address (see scans 3 & 4)
I attest that the 'roo stamps(or any stamps for that matter) in my stock have not been reperfed,reperfinned(if a perfin),regummed(if mint or CTO) or gassed while in my possession. Furthermore I assert that these 'roo stamps have never been so treated because I bought them so long ago before these things were prevalent and/or I bought them from impeccable sources.
