    This is a very scarce, large, and unique old tribal metal tubular brass ornament or bead used in extensive African trading. It has a very special shape featuring four balls on the end. This is in decent shape for its age showing some discoloration and wear. This was made using the lost wax casting technique which has been a method of metal fabrication in West Africa for centuries and generations. This is a fine and large example of these scarce and unique old tribal ornaments or beads for artist, designer, or collector and not to be missed!
